Persons not employed by the Company may not solicit employees for any purposes on Company premises.
The Dispatch and SharePoint forums (like the Watercooler) serve as the Company’s virtual bulletin board. The whole platform is maintained by the Company and is to be used only for posting or distributing material of the following nature:
Notices containing matters directly concerning Company business;
Announcements related to the Company business that are equally applicable and of interest to employees.
All posted solicitations and material related to outside/non-work endeavors must be sanctioned by the Human Resources department. All employees are expected to check the Dispatch periodically for new and/or updated information and to follow the rules set forth in all posted notices. Employees are not to remove material from the bulletin boards.
