608 - INCLEMENT WEATHER
Company offices will be closed when weather is so severe as to close public transportation and/or the CEO issues a closure notice. This does not necessarily mean that the customer site (for Staffing, Security, and Janitorial employees) is closed. Employees should exercise their best judgment in determining their safety for travel in bad weather conditions. In general, unless the entire Company is closed, employees are expected to report to work. If an employee is unable to get to work due to weather conditions, and the Company is open for business, the employee may use their earned PTO if available, otherwise the time off will be unpaid. Employees are to contact their DPI or Northwest Success Supervisor to determine Company closures, and to report their inability to report for work.
