Company issued mobile equipment (cell phones, tablets, etc.) is for work use only. The use of data will be monitored, and the Company expects that only appropriate internet usage will be conducted. There should be no expectation of privacy regarding communications or content on these devices.

Wireless hotspots, tablets, apps, and accessories must be approved by the direct supervisor and any new or replacement acquisition will be requested through mobile Equipment Request Form. The Company utilizes a service partner to manage and issue mobile equipment, and therefore such requests must be made formally through Management staff.

Security Officer Procedures. All Security Officers and Security Site mobile equipment will be issued by the Security Manager. If equipment is damaged or lost, an Equipment Request Form must be fully completed by supervisor and submitted to manager for replacement. The manger will submit a request to the third-party mobile equipment management company for replacement.

Auditing. The IT department will audit the Equipment Requests and will hold an equipment replacement/damage review meeting with security leadership once a month to show usage and any other issues that have taken place. If an individual officer or security site has shown a trend of damaged or lost mobile products an investigation will be conducted. IT will set a quarterly meeting with the third-party management company for leadership staff to review volume of request and what is driving request.

Stock. The IT department will work with Security Operations to set a minimum stocking level of equipment to be stored on site for instant deployment for security and staff.
