307 – STATUS CHANGES
Associates, Security Officers, Janitors, SCA Employees. All changes to employees work status (salary, title, terms of work, etc.) must be approved by their DPI Supervisor. It is the responsibility of the Supervisor to communicate these changes to Payroll/Human Resources via the Status Change Form.
Staff. All changes to incumbent personnel (salary, title, terms of work, etc.) must be approved via the Status Change Form by their Supervisor.
