304 – COMPANY EQUIPMENT & KEY ISSUE
In order to assure a safe work environment, all Company keys to DPI property will be assigned by the Safety Manager. Only the Safety Manager and/or Senior Managers can authorize duplicate keys.
To request a key, Supervisors/Managers must complete a key issue form (available on the Dispatch). Once the Safety Manager receives the completed form, he/she will document the assignment of keys and forward the form to Human Resources where it will be uploaded to the employee’s file in Avionte.
All keys must be returned upon separation from the Company. No keys should be distributed/loaned without approval from the Safety Manager. Any lost keys must be reported to the Safety Manager for replacement. No duplicates can be made without his/her coordination and authorization.
