103 – COMPANIES and LOCATIONS

The DPI Group is the holding and management company for a number of subsidiary companies: 

  • DePaul Industries (“DI”) – 501(c)(3) Corporation. Primarily state and federal staffing and security officer contracts. Must maintain a 75% disabled hours ratio. 

  • DePaul Services (“DS”) – 501(c)(3) Corporation. Primarily private entity contracts for staffing and security services. Must maintain a 50% disabled hours ratio. 

  • Community Services Network (“CSN”) – 501(c)(3) Corporation. Consortium of similar non-profits that come together to provide resources to the underserved in the community. 

  • Meadowlark Employment Services (“Meadowlark”) - 501(c)(3) Corporation. Meadowlark finds work opportunities and provides workplace assessments and supports for individuals with disabilities.

  • Fort Rock Tactical, LLC (“Fort Rock”) – Limited Liability Corp. Fort Rock assembles and brokers sharp-edged tools for the military and private sale.

  • Northwest Success (“NWS” or “NW Success”) – 501(c)(3) Corporation. Provides janitorial services for both private and public sector customers.

  • DPI Staffing (“DPISTA”) – 501(c)(3) Corporation. Entity for solely state set-aside staffing contracts through Oregon Forward.

  • DPI Security (“DPISEC”)  – 501(c)(3) Corporation. Entity for solely state set-aside security contracts through Oregon Forward.

  • DPI Services (PA only) – 501(c)(3) Corporation. Provides security services in the state of Pennsylvania.

  • DPI Services FL  – 501(c)(3) Corporation. Provides security services in the state of Florida.
